1. No Refund Policy
At TeeBot, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all our digital products and subscription services. Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital access and software license keys, all sales are final.
2. Evaluation Period
We provide extensive documentation and a “Free Tier” to allow users to fully evaluate the software’s capabilities before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all potential customers to utilize these resources to ensure TeeBot meets their specific requirements prior to purchase.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future automated charges, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Premium features until the cycle expires.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event of a verified technical failure on our end that prevents the software from functioning entirely, and which our support team is unable to resolve within 7 business days, a discretionary credit may be considered. This is not a guarantee of a refund and is subject to administrative review.
